So Being the bleeding heart I am I usually get "tricked" into being mister "knows and does everything". I Dislike this very much and would like to destroy the heart of the problem but that'd wreck too many shirt sleeves. I've been asked to deal with ipods. I have never owned one and therefore don't know how to do anything. The taller of the two is easiest to figure out but I've been asked to delete the unwanted stuff and only put what was listed back on. Way more work than it sounds. I've been correcting information, titling songs, sorting artists, etc for days. All that's left is to copy what the owner wants into a file, delete what's already on the ipod (music wise) and then add the new file to it... I think. The other ipod is a tiny square. I've had it on but all it says is to add music from itunes. I'll be researching it after I finish the tall one. Along with that I'm adding my friends cd's to to my collection so I can replace what he couldn't get of his old xbox 360 arcade (which he gave to me, which I traded to his sister for her newer xbox 360 (the black ones). To top it all off I've been ripping cd's like an obsession for my uncle to help him with his karaoke business.
I've finally got my thumb back (see last journal) so as soon as I'm done with the above mess I'll start posting again. Though I got it while finding out I live in the Big Brother House (My home is a 1 v. 1 v. 1 battle with alliences and betrayals of every kind).
I learned a lesson easter sunday; Think before you play with house rules. My buddy challenged me to a drinking form of magic. Each point of damage taken is equal to one shot of booze (whatever alcoholic drink you have when you're playing). I jumped right in. Needless to say I got drunk. I never thought about our current his 2 to my 1 wins streak. I lost and ended up feeling good despite losing.
There's been a song stuck in my body (I'd say stuck in my head but that doesn't resonate like other parts do (i.e. the heart, goosebumps in skin, etc). I got the cd with the song on it easter sunday. It's Even If It Breaks Your Heart By Eli Young Band.
Also Found some good music on the ipod. So far I've got to new faves, You're Gonna Go Far Kid by The Offspring and Metallica's The Unforgiven.
Anyone play the legendary starfy? It's a great game, seems easy yet challenging. So far the only thing I've yet to do on it is beat the "big bossdown" (basically a gauntlet of all the main bosses) in under nine minutes, which unlocks world 10.
My deck recipe is coming together. I've been winning auctions left and right and am just waiting for the cards to come in the mail.
